CLT20 peeked up now. Two teams joined with the 8 top teams in the CL T20 through Qualifier round, they are Sunriser Hyderabad & Otago from New Zealand. Both team come into the main stage by wining a fabulous matches in the qualifier round. Otago even big positive as they won all the three matches in the Qualifier round and Sunrisers lost only game against Otago out of three in the qualifier stage.First match of the Main Stage (21-Sep-13):
Finally, all set for the CL T20 2013. First match between Championm of IPL 2013 VS Rajastan Royals, this tournament going to be a last T20 tournament for the two great legends in the Indian cricket Sachin Tendulkar & Rahul Dravid.Rahul Dravid won the toss and elected to field first. MI starts their innings and CL T20 2013 tournament with a boundary but then they keep losing the wickets regular intervals. MI were 4-43 in 8.2 Overs, Pollard arrives. Pollard and Skipper Rohit sharma played a responsible innings. Rohit scored 44 from 37 balls and he got out in the wrong time at the score 95-5 in 15.4 overs. Pollard played some powerful hits in the dead overs and he got out first ball of last over of the innings, he scored 42 runs from 36 balls, he smashed 2 massive sixes. Couter-Nile up into the middle and hit powerful boundary and six to finish the innings. MI set target to RR 143 runs.
Rahul Dravid and Rahane ready for the chase, but Dravid went early. He scored only one run. Samson joined with Rahane. Very first ball of the Johnson's second over Samson played across and misses. Johnson went for the appeal, but Umpire doesn't convince and given not out to the very straight delivery, luck favor to Samson as well as RR. Then Samson used this luck fully and scored the first half century of the CL T20 2013. RR need 33 runs from 24 balls. Binny and Watson played a cameo innings and get the first win to their team. RR won by 7 wickets in the first match of the tournament against MI. Sanju Samson got the Man of the Match for this match.
Second Match (22-Sep-13):
Brisbane Heat (Aus) Vs Trinidad & Tobago (WI) - BH won the toss and elected to field:
Simmons & Lewis started the TNT innings with powerful shots and they scored runs quickly. Simmons smashed 3 consecutive boundaries in the 3rd over of the innings and he gone last ball of the same over of McDermott, then TNT batsmen loses their wickets cheaply. Ramdin played a captain's innings of 48 runs helped TNT to reach a defentable total of 135 runs in their full quota of 20 overs. BH bowler McDermott bowled brilliantly to took 4 wickets.BH replied to TNT, Hopes and Forrest scored very slowly and both went quickly. Burns played very cleverly in the other end. He scored 45 runs from 43 balls. But in the other end BH lost their wickets in regular intervals. 16th over last ball Burns also gone to the pavilion. BH Need 45 from 24 balls, 4 wickets in hand. Ravi Rampaul bowled brilliantly at the dead overs. He got 4 BH Victims in his 4 overs. BH scored just 110 runs loss of all the 10 wickets in 18.4 overs.

Third Match (22-Sep-13):
Chennai Superkings (Ind) Vs Titans (SA) - CSK won the toss and elected to field first:
Titans played brilliant and good solid start, they lost their first wicket in the final ball of the seventh over. Davids & Devilliers joined and built a quick fire 74 runs partnership just 37 balls. Davis got out, he scored 52 runs just 43 balls with 2 massive sixes. Devillers played strange innings, he scored 77 runs just 36 balls, he smashed 7 massive sixes. He smashed all the CSK bowlers out of the park. Titans reached 185 runs in their full quota of 20 overs.CSK need 186 runs which is going to tuff target. And they lost Murali vijay very first over, he gone golden duck. Hussey and Raina played quick fire 40s and their partnership 89 runs off 44 balls, they scored 2 per ball scoring rate. Raina gone, he scored 47 runs from 28 balls and Hussey scored 47 runs in 26 balls. They bowled 24 wides in this innings. Chennai won the match by 4 wickets.

Sixth Match (24-Sep-13):
Brisbane Heat (Aus) Vs Titans (SA) - Once again Brisbane heat won the toss and elected to field first:
Gale took the wicket of his second delivery of the match, he get rid of Rudolph wicket. Titans early set back, lost their first wicket 2nd ball of the 2nd over at the score of 1. Then Kuhn joined with Skipper Davids and build a good partnership of 69 runs just 50 balls and Kuhn gone. After that Titans lost their wickets in regular intervals. At the end Titans managed to get 123 runs on the board at the end of 20 overs. BH bowler Gale bowled brilliantly and picked 4 Titans wickets in his 2.5 overs.
Brisbane Heat started their innings, 124 going to be very easy chase on this pitch. But Brisbane lost their first wicket very quickly at the score of 7, Burns who played brilliantly in their first game got out cheaply. 5th over of the innings, De lange picked two wickets in two balls. BH on deep trouble, they scored 3-24 in 5 overs, they need another 100 more runs in 90 balls. Christain joined with captain Hopes, both played a responsible innings here. Steyn picked a wicket of simmons in the very first ball of the innings, thin bottom edge through to the keeper Parthiv. Darren Bravo joined with Lewis and built a quick fire 48 runs partnership of 33 balls. Bravo played brilliantly and hit 5 massive boundaries and 4 big sixes, he scored 66 runs just 44 balls at an strike rate of 150. He got out at the score of 110, TNT lost 3 wickets. After that TNT losing their wicket regularly and they managed to get 160 runs in their full quota of 20 overs. Sammy & Perera bowled brilliantly and 2 wickets each.SRH replied briskly, patel & dhawan played brilliantly. Both free their arms and hit boundaries and sixes. Both went in the span of two overs. SRH lost both their openers at the score of 45 in 6.1 overs. Later they lost Duminy and vihari too, SRH were deep trouble they lost 4 wickets at the score of 95 runs in 13.1 overs. Otago (NZ) Vs Perth Scorchers (Aus) - Perth Sorchers won the toss and elected to field first:
Otago Opener Rutherford & Skipper Brendon went early to the pavilion back to back deliveries of Paris. Both gone at the score of 9 runs, Otago are on deep trouble they lost 2 wickets at 9 runs in 2.2 overs. Then Boorder joined with Broom, both played brilliantly and scored runs thick and fast. They built a good partnership of 67 runs in 45 balls, Boorder got out against voges delivery. Then ten Doeschate joined with broom, both smashed out of the park. All the PS bowlers suffered, both riding the ship very fast...Broom reached his century just 51 balls as the same tendy reached his half century just 21 balls. Otago scored massive total of 242 runs in 20 overs, Broom not out 117 runs just 56 balls, 9 boundaries and 8 sixes and Tendy 66 off 26 3 fours and 6 sixes.
PS up against massive target of 243, they have to score 12+ runs per over from the start of their innings it is going to be unreachable. As the same they lost 3 of their wickets very early, 3-11 (1.3 overs), Cartwright the only batsman played brilliantly and scored 68 runs just 53 balls. Voges, Turner & Triffit gave good company to Cartwright. At the end, PS managed to get 180 runs, they lost this match in big margin of 62 runs.

Nineth Match (25-Sep-13):
Rajastan Royals Vs Lions - Lions won the match and again they also decided to field first:
Rahul Dravid and Rahane started the innings with good looking shots, but Rahane gone to the pavilion very cheaply. RR lost their first wicket of Rahane at the score of 31 runs. Dravid played sweetly and solidly, he built his innings very brilliantly. Tsotsobe bowled a first Overstepped delivery of the tournament and Dravid facing the first free hit of the tournament. He tried to hit over mid on but top edged, straight to the wicket keeper. Very next ball Tsotsobe got the wicket of Samson. Two experienced player of RR joined together in the middle, they built 31 runs partnership and Dravid once again gone cheaply. Watson and Binny played quick fire partnership of 43 runs from 25 balls. Watson gone to pavilion, he scored 33 from 24 balls. Watson and binny scored 22 runs and Binny and Hodge scored 15 runs from Phangisco overs (12th & 16th respectively). Binny also gone with good slower delivery of Pretorius, he scored 38 runs of 20 balls, he smashed 5 boundaries & a six.Lions up against quality seem attack to chase the target of 184 runs. They lost 3 wickets very early inside the powerplay overs, 3-36 at the end of 5 overs. Then Skipper Peterson & Viljoen played sensibly and scored a run thick and fast. Partnership reached 50 runs just 38 balls. They scored 87 runs in 11 overs, they need another 97 runs in 9 overs. 42 Year old Praveen tambe came into the attack for the 12 over of the innings. As captain plan, he took the wicket of his very third ball of the spell and he continued to pick wickets. At the end he took 4 wickets for 15 in 3 overs and turn the match to his team. Brilliant bowling from the 42 yrs old spinner, he didn't play a single domestic match.... At the end RR won the match by 30 runs. First match of Rajastan Royals in this series, Young Sanju Samson & Stuart Binny performed, very second match Experienced Brad Hodge & Praveen Tambe performed.

Tenth Match (26-Sep-13):
CSK (Ind) Vs SRH (Ind) - SRH won the toss and elected to field first:
Once again CSK lost Murali Vijay very first ball of the innings. Suresh Raina joined with Mike Hussey, both played brilliantly. But Hussey doesn't continue the momentum, he got out at the score of 23 runs, CSK lost 2 wickets at 45 runs. Badri played softly and rotate the strike at the other end Raina played a brisk innings hitting boundaries and sixes. CSK scored 69-2 at the end of 10 overs. Partnership reached fifty in quick time. Badri got out at first ball of the 15th over, now local boy come into the crease. He is off the mark with the single huge sound from the crowd for that single run. Then fireworks started, he smashes a big six over mid off to start his cameo role. At the end of 15 overs, CSK scored 126/3. Dhoni smashes 5 massive sixes in a single over of Perera in that one red zone six is included. Perera conceeded 34 runs in the 18 over of the innings which helped CSK to reach a par score. Raina got out second ball of the next over, he played brilliant 84 runs just 57 balls. Still dhoni doesn't stopped his entertainment role, he reached his fifty just 16 balls this is the fastest fifty in the CL T20 History. And hit back to back sixes in the next two balls and he scored 63 runs just 19 balls with 8 massive big sixes and one boundary in this innings. CSK scored 202 runs loss of 4 wickets in their 20 overs.
